What is the returns policy?
All products come with an extended returns policy, which means you have 30 days to return the product and we will issue a full refund.
How long does it take to process an order?
Our lighting is made-to-order, which means your lamp is only installed once you place your order.
The time needed for production and assembly is up to 3 business days - this is the time we ship the vast majority of our orders. If this time is extended, you will be informed immediately.
Is a light source included with the lamps?
Yes - all our lamps come with an LED bulb included.

Are the lamps compatible with Smart bulbs?
Yes – all lamps from the table and pendant series are compatible with standard Philips Hue E27 bulbs.
