Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you received your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the goods must be in the same condition as when they were received, with no signs of use. We also recommend that you return the goods in their original packaging for the best protection during transport.

Please note that returns must be sent to the address provided for returns.
If your return is accepted, you can send the return shipment to us at: Adama Jarzębskiego 8/30, 01-853 Warsaw, PL-Poland. Goods sent to us without a prior return request will not be accepted.
Important: Please ensure that all parts of the product are included and carefully packed in the original packaging to ensure better protection against possible damage during transport. We reserve the right to charge you if the product has been used, any components are missing, or the packaging has been damaged beyond what is necessary to test the product. Damage and problems
Please check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so that we can assess the problem and remedy it.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item and make a separate purchase for the new item once the return has been accepted.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund has been accepted or rejected. If you are approved for a refund, it will be automatically processed to your original method of payment within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
